Synopsis: The theme harmoniously combines the concepts of "fulfilling God’s calling for our lives” and "Aligning our business to God's Plan." It underscores the importance of seeking divine guidance in business endeavours and ensuring that one's entrepreneurial pursuits are in line with God's will. It also delve into strategies for discerning God's plan for one's business, incorporating biblical principles into decision-making processes, and fostering a sense of purpose-driven entrepreneurship rooted in faith.
Speaker: Mr Jason Wong spent over 23 years in the Singapore public service, working with prisoners and at-risk children/youth. He has held positions such as the Dy Director of Singapore Prisons Service, CEO of Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises and Senior Director at Ministry of Social and Family Development. Jason founded two national movements - the Yellow Ribbon Project in 2004 and the Dads for Life movement in 2009. Jason also initiated the Elijah7000 movement for Christian fathers. Since leaving the civil service 10 years ago, he has volunteered on the board of Focus on the Family and Centre for Fathering. He also spends time mentoring fathers and young men. His latest initiative is the One for Jesus evangelistic movement and Protect Singapore. Jason is married with two young adult children.
